Our Activities
The Kudukh Oraon Adivasi Punarjagaran Society in Anuppur is dedicated to the empowerment and upliftment of the Oraon tribal community. Our activities focus on preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Oraon people, promoting education, and enhancing livelihoods through skill development programs. We also work towards improving healthcare access and environmental conservation, ensuring sustainable growth for future generations. By fostering community unity and self-reliance, we aim to create a brighter, more inclusive future for the Oraon Adivasi people.
Activity
1. To make the youth self-reliant, detailed guidance is given from time to time through seminars and other activities.
2. To promote language and culture, traditional cultural programs are organized from time to time to create awareness among people about culture and language.
3. To make women financially self-reliant by connecting them to livelihood activities through self-help groups.
4. To guide educated unemployed youth to make them self-reliant by connecting them to self-employment.
5. To give information about constitutional rights to people and to make them politically aware, workshops are organized from time to time.
6. To promote farming by using improved seeds and organic fertilizers in the agricultural sector.
7. At present, about 200 people are associated with the society and it is continuously expanding.
